Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about luxury hotel bookings, perks, and how a travel advisor makes all the difference.

Perks & Benefits

You typically get free daily breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, $100 hotel credit, welcome amenities, and VIP treatment — at no extra cost and sometimes with better cancellation policies.
Thousands of luxury hotels worldwide offer perks through advisor programs, including:
  • Four Seasons
  • Park Hyatt
  • Ritz-Carlton / St. Regis
  • Aman, Rosewood, Belmond
  • Waldorf Astoria / Conrad
  • InterContinental / Kimpton
  • Mandarin Oriental
  • And many boutique properties through Virtuoso or Leading Hotels of the World
Yes. When booked through official preferred partner programs (e.g., Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Hyatt Privé), your stay is considered "eligible" and earns full points and elite benefits — unlike many credit card portals that block earnings.

Cost & Pricing

No. You pay the same publicly available rate (or sometimes less), but you get all the added perks. In some cases, travel advisors can access exclusive rates or promotions that aren't available online.
To focus on delivering the best service to our clients, we currently only offer bookings for stays with a total value of over $1000 USD.

Points & Credit Cards

Credit card portals (like Amex Travel, Chase Ultimate Rewards) are self-serve platforms with limited personalization and support. A travel advisor offers tailored service, direct communication with the hotel, and can advocate on your behalf before and during your stay.
Usually, no — travel advisors deal with paid stays. If you want to use points, you're better off booking through the hotel directly or via a credit card portal that allows redemptions. But for paid luxury stays, advisors deliver way more value.
Yes. You can still pay with your Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire, etc., and earn bonus points and travel protections. Some travel advisors are also affiliated with Amex's FHR program, offering both sets of benefits.

The Service

Absolutely. They have relationships with hotels and can escalate issues quickly. Instead of sitting on hold with a portal call center, your advisor can email or call the hotel manager directly.
No. Anyone can use a travel advisor. Whether it's a one-time luxury trip or a frequent indulgence, you get access to the same perks and elevated experience.
